Creamy Cucumbers
4 ½ lbs. slice, peeled, cucumbers
10 oz. sliced onions
3 cups mayonnaise
3 cups sour cream
¾ cup vinegar
3 Tbs. sugar
1 ½ Tb. Salt
Mix well and refrigerate.
This recipe makes a lot so I make 1/3 of the recipe.
