If you’ve thought about wanting to update to Windows 11 since Windows 10 is nearing end of life (Oct 2025), I found a solution.

I’ve installed this on multiple Windows 10 computers (desktops and laptops) and it works well to get them upgraded to Win11.

I usually copy the 7 Gb ISO to C:\Temp and then double-click to open the archive and run Setup.exe and be sure to uncheck “Check for Updates” and then off it goes. If you forget to uncheck “Check for Updates”, it will do the TPM and CPU checks and often say that your computer is not eligible and refuse to complete the update.
