Tired of the Same Old Martha’s Vineyard, Mr. President? I’ve Got Some Vacation Suggestions for You!

Date: 8/24/2010 7:55:24 AM

Elijah Friedeman, the Millennial Perspective

Mr. President, so far this year you’ve taken your family on six vacations. At the beginning of the year it was Hawaii, then you and the wife went down to Asheville North Carolina. Next, in the midst of proclaiming the Gulf Coast to be pristine and open for tourism, you took the family the opposite direction of the oil spill to Maine. Now, I understand that you got left home for the next one as your wife and daughter went to get the royal treatment and five-star experience in Spain, but you were able to make up for that crushing loss by visiting Panama Beach Florida days later, and now you’re soaking it all in on Martha’s Vineyard.  Quite an impressive list of vacations.

ACLU should be leading the charge against the Ground Zero mosque

Date: 8/26/2010 10:46:36 AM

By Bryan Fischer

For years and years, we’ve been told by the ACLU that all you need to silence, censor and punish religious expression is just one offended individual. If one, single solitary individual is offended by a Ten Commandments monument, or a national Day of Prayer, or a prayer offered in Jesus’ name, or the use of the Bible in a public school, why, we must immediately stamp it out. We must apply a hefty dose of legal Round-Up to kill off religious expression and sterilize the ground all around the site.

Dismantling America

Thomas Sowell – Syndicated Columnist – 8/17/2010 7:45:00 AM

“We the people” are the central concern of the Constitution, as well as its opening words, since it is a Constitution for a self-governing nation. But “we the people” are treated as an obstacle to circumvent by the current administration in Washington. One way of circumventing the people is to rush legislation through Congress so fast that no one knows what is buried in it. Did you know that the so-called healthcare reform bill contained a provision creating a tax on people who buy and sell gold coins?

The most dangerous corruption is a corruption of a nation’s soul. That is what this administration is doing.

A stealthy land-grab (OneNewsNow.com).

Michelle Malkin – Syndicated Columnist – 8/14/2010 5:45:00 AM

Have you heard of the “Great Outdoors Initiative”? Chances are, you haven’t. But across the country, White House officials have been meeting quietly with environmental groups to map out government plans for acquiring untold millions of acres of both public and private land. It’s another stealthy power grab through executive order that promises to radically transform the American way of life.

Judge Walker’s Clinic in the Power of Words To Deceive

Judge Vaughn R. Walker’s opinion purporting to strike down California’s Proposition 8 ballot initiative banning gay marriage is a screaming advertisement against the appointment and confirmation of renegade judicial activists like Elena Kagan.

The labyrinth of twisted reasoning Walker constructs in his opinion is a testament to the depth of deceit that inhabits the modern left’s thought processes. The thinking is so bizarre I can only conclude it is the outworking of the spiritual warfare that hotly rages beneath our sensory perception. It is sheer madness!

Frank Turek  Top Ten Gay Marriage False “Facts” Part 1

Date: 8/12/2010 9:42:29 AM  When one judge overturned the will of more then seven million Californians last week in Perry vs. Schwarzenegger, he listed 80 supposed “findings of fact” FF as evidence that Proposition 8 violates the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution. Many of those 80 findings are not facts at all. They’re lies or distortions.

White House vs. Boy Scouts, Part 4Date: 7/13/2010 10:45:14 AM In Parts 1, 2 and 3 of this series on the “Boy Scouts vs. White House,” I showed how the Obama administration is distancing itself from the Boy Scouts of America, or BSA, because of its conservative positions.Specifically in Part 2, I showed how, just a week after President Obama denied the invitation to attend the BSA’s 100th anniversary gala in his own backyard Washington, D.C., in the Feb. 12, 2010, White House press briefing, Press Secretary Robert Gibbs repeatedly and awkwardly dodged WorldNetDaily correspondent Les Kinsolving’s questions about the BSA.Well, the White House just did it again.
